I wasn’t a big fan of this scent the first time around. I was using a different scent before (not to mention the brand name) but it's a bit costly. Honestly, I am not really into Apple scent (air freshener, car freshener, etc.) excluding the scent of a true apple. I easily throw up every time I smell those scents in the bus, car or in our room. In short, I hate apple scents. I just realized, I was wrong when I have received a sample from DKNY Be Delicious Giveaway. I told myself, this range might have something in store for me. I was amazed on my first sniff. Promise!
The DKNY Be Delicious perfume series extends far beyond the original apple scent. The original perfume from the Be Delicious line comes up with the apple perfume genre. The perfume offers all the stages when taking a bite on a fresh green apple, while standing in an apple orchard...while under the morning sun! It materializes into a true to life apple.
Well I guess my preference was changed ^_^I personally criticize products (cosmetics, perfumes, bags, etc.) I am using. There are four major things that i need to consider:
1. Is it environment friendly?
2. Is it compact?
3. Is the price worth the product?
4. Am I enjoying using this?
To answer these questions, I myself decided to research about DKNY Be Delicious new perfume. I also tried using it for one day. And guess what? It lasts the whole day.

Now, my answers:
1. Yes, it is eco-friendly. Besides smelling delicious, the bottle is made from eco-friendly recycled glass and the carton packaging is made using 100% renewable energy in a carbon neutral facility. I am excited to learn that all DKNY fragrances are vegan and never tested on animals.

2. It's compact. The packaging is also adorable - an ode to the apple itself. Likewise, it's small enough to insert into my pouch.
3. The price is right. Compared to the other signatured perfume, DKNY Be Delicious is worth every cent to every "scent" it gives.

4. I enjoy using it. I love it's fresh, fruity, youthful scent that always gets a compliment or two. It is enhanced with energetic solar freshness and dewy watery notes to create a scent full of summer brightness and fresh energy.
Be Delicious definitely reveals a sparkling image of a sunlit apple orchard. ^_^
A few weeks later, I saw this FB application on DKNY FRAGRANCES.
"Hmmnnn, why not try to design a bottle?"
But I can't think of a good design.
I immediately grab DKNY Be Delicious Perfume, apply a small amount on my wrist, smell it, then gently close my eyes...and then my imagination starts.
I love being green, in all ways. From grocery bags, cosmetics and a whole lot more.
"Why not try a concept of being green?" Yes!!! Green shade is a good representation....
I love fushia pink and yellow, I need to add these shades to my design.
I am a FASHIONISTA, I need a symbol how to portray it.
Most of all, I love simplicity. I need to have a simple design.
A few more seconds and here's what I saw:"Wow! This is it!" (with a bulb lighting on my head hahaha!)

Kidding aside, I believe that we are called to be a caring people, living in harmony with the environment, respecting and honoring the gifts of God’s creation. We can be green and at the same time, be deliciously different among others if we have this DKNY Be Delicious scent, of course with this bottle design. ^_^ A great representation to GO GREEN and at the same time be elegant, charming, seductive, approachable, beautiful and most of all, be delicious all the time.
